We enable brands to engage with consumers using our patented technology to deliver content to mobile devices; the advertiser is charged, but only after each ad delivered to the device has been confirmed as read, seen or heard by the consumer. This provides superior value for mobile advertisers and digital agencies while substantially reducing wasted digital ad spend. We reward consumers when they opt-in to our service and start receiving content on their device, based on their personal preferences, location and social profile. Users can opt-out anytime, they are in control of their level of rewards and experience. We share the advertising revenue with our channel partners such as Telcos and other SaaS providers who have a subscriber base. The ad revenue is used to subsidise the users mobile network charges or other services they have subscribed to.
