The company designed diagnostic tests and sold them to distributors. The company has developed and obtained FDA approval for a variety of drugs since its formation. Some of the drugs in its portfolio include Remicade, Simponi, Stelara, Procrit, Doxil and Zytiga.   Centocor became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson in 1999 and changed its name to Janssen Biotech in 2011.
