Crystalline Mirror Solutions was founded as a spin-off of fundamental physics research at the University of Vienna by Dr. Garrett Cole and Dr. Markus Aspelmeyer. Originally set up as an OG in 2012, the business transitioned to a GmbH structure in August 2013 and additionally founded an American subsidiary, CMS LLC, in Santa Barbara, CA.Their proprietary manufacturing process and final application area is covered by international patents, which are exclusively owned by CMS.
