Credited with shaping Cisco's Corporate Social Responsibility vision, Tae Yoo became Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility. She led the company's social investments, championed environmental efforts, and advanced a triple bottom line framework spanning social, environmental, and financial outcomes across the business.
Under her leadership, the Cisco Networking Academy grew into one of the largest ICT education programs in the world, reaching over 15 million students since its founding in 1997 and helping 2.7 million people secure jobs since 2005. Yoo became a Trustee of the Cisco Foundation, a member of the Service Year Alliance Board, a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on the New Agenda for Education and Skills, and a founding member of the CSR Board. She was inducted into the WITI Hall of Fame in 2021.
