The services include the entire industrial process : automatic assembly , integration, testing and packaging, and delivering the product ready to be marketed. 3D provides with total 19,000 square meters of manufacturing floor space and operates a wide range of equipment continually investing to stay at the forefront of Manufacturing Technology. We have modern industrial lines at the units of Taiwan and Mainland China in order to assemble electronic components for the most different applications. Optical inspection and SPI ensures excellence, quality and precision regarding mass production.
