Allocate is a simple human resource planning software tool for agencies, studios and firms. It was created by MojoTech, an agency that was experiencing the limitations of planning projects and scheduling their team in a spreadsheet. The web-based app is designed to help managers quickly see who's available to work on future projects. A simple user interface allows for quick edits and additions, and the information will update in real time for any other collaborators viewing the account. Allocate is currently free while in its Beta phase.
