ASBAC is absolutely independent club for private investors, more precisely for business angels who prefer to invest collectively in venture and at the same time potentially high added value projects. The Club is non-profit organization established and managed only by private investors to socialize and co-invest (syndicated investment) in appealing projects.Club was launched in spring 2011 and is based in Riga, Latvia. The Club is opened to partnership with any organization who shares it’s philosophy and particularly appreciate Baltic International Bank for supporting in the very beginning of the Club’s becoming. For private persons meeting business angels’ criteria and agreeing with Rules and Code of Conduct there is always a possibility to get Club’s resident / member status.
