AMBOSS is a breakthrough learning and knowledge system for medical students and physicians. Our team consists of more than 100 physicians who are driven by the idea of improving medical education and, ultimately, health care around the world. Founded as originally as MIAMED GmbH in Germany in 2012, AMBOSS has become the market leader in exam preparation in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with over 95% of all medical students in Germany using it as their primary resource. After 2 years of development, AMBOSS launched its English platform in spring 2017 with a US headquarters in New York City and now has over 200,000 users in 191 countries.
