Investments may be either quoted or unquoted and may be in companies, partnerships, joint ventures or direct interests in projects. The investment policy does not preclude the Company making an investment which may be deemed to be a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules. Any transaction constituting a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules will be subject to shareholder approval.
