Appsicle develops QuestDB, one of the fastest time series databases on the market.

Appsicle was created in 2014 with a vision of making fastest, most user friendly and well integrated time series database on the market that would cope with ever growing amount of data. QuestDB is more hardware efficient than its competitors, it extends well known SQL to deal with time series and its SQL queries are order of magnitude faster than any competitor. We wrote all components in house and we don't have weak spots in our code. QuestDB is always reliably fast.
