Arantech

Arantech is an Irish vendor of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions. It has pioneered the CEM approach since its inception in 2002. Customer experience management involves taking a customer-centric view of the service received by customers and their interaction with communications service providers (CSPs). This contrasts to network management solutions which take a more network-centric view and manage quality of service delivered across the entire network and customer base. CEM solutions aggregate key data from a range of sources in order to provide insight into the experience of individual customers or small groups of customers.
