Beta stage crowdfunding platform serving the humanitarian community

Beehive is a nonprofit open source initiative bringing together humanitarian organizations, tech volunteers, private sector companies, foundations and individuals. We're working together to build a unique new crowdfunding platform for the humanitarian community that humanitarian organizations can collectively own, innovatively improve and use to practice reporting their needs in real-time. Beehive is essentially a test-bed developing ways of making Humanitarian Crowdfunding better. It's is a United Nations conceived initiative modeled on open source projects like Linux, Hadoop and Python, that's presently being developed, scaled and proven outside of the UN. We've got a beta platform online and currently we're testing it with some limited usage while we're working on developing and launching our second generation platform.
