The company deploys a swarm of methane tracking micro-satellites (each roughly 12kg, backpack size) which detect, quantify and monitor the majority of methane emitters on earth. We're able to detect emissions as small as 15kg/hour (1% of the atmospheric background), and zoom in to 20meters resolution. That means data on specific emitters such as a natural gas storage/pipeline leaks, fracking sites, heavy industry factories, landfills, mining, tailing ponds, wastewater plants, livestock and permafrost. This solution doesn't require technical know-how, installing complex equipment, or using indirect models for calculating emissions. Stakeholders simply subscribe to our data portal and consume actionable datasets, alerts, reports and analytics. Bluefield Technologies brings a new level of accounting and insights on a greenhouse gas that's 100 times more harmful than CO2, and is directly connected to commodities and human activities.
