Bruin Biometrics, LLC (“BBI”) is a multi-member partnership formed in 2009 and has exclusively licensed wireless health technologies from the UCLA Wireless Health Institute. BBI’s mission is to develop a robust portfolio of patent-protected, FDA-approved wireless health devices targeting significant medical conditions and unmet medical needs. The lead product under development is the Sub-Epidermal Moisture (“SEM”) Scanner Device used to detect pressure ulcers.
