Caruzel is an open network of digital displays in local venues (bars, cafes, restaurant, etc..) where anyone can independently publish a visual post (image file or short clip) using this web-site. Caruzel allows users to search for the available screens in venues on a map or by type and location and to publish digital billboards according to the time-range they choose.
