Center of fireball researches focuses on the creation and research of fireballs to create an alternative source of energy.

Proposed the creation and use a fireball (ball lighting) on created and patented 'Installation for producing synthetic, natural , mixed and beaded ball lightning ', (based on their own theoretically informed scientific discovery 'Phenomena of ball lightning formation'). Upon receiving a ball lightings was recorded basic data that allow not only to understand the formation of ball lightning (which has not been known in the world of science to this day) , but getting the lighting balls on patented 'Setting for creating the ball lightning' is artificial and apply for a variety of scientific and technical experiments and economic needs: 1) to create an environmentally friendly alternative sources of energy; 2) to accumulate and save, and tranportation the energy in the form of ball lightning; 4) for super-power industrial lasers, electric motors, smelting and metal cutting; 5) for syntheses of new materials and eradiation; 6) for study of inter-influence of ball lighting energy with the animal and plant bodies, radioactive environments and radiation; 7) for exploring of the possibility of applications in medicine, anti-aging; 8) for possible polarization of the unipolar energy of outer space in order to use the energy of the space.
