Cityseed is a mobile platform for sharing information about all places -- from laundromats and pizzerias, to doctor offices and cafes.

We reward users to spider the real world for local information, brining the offline world online. Where Waze updates the lines on a map, we update information on the pins: remapping local as it happens. Our data is high quality, constantly refreshed and organized with #hashtags. Seeds of information are concise, highly visual, presentable and interactive making them ideal for mobile. Providing information on local means getting out of the call center and going to local to find out whats there. We curate data collection efforts based on what people are looking for, giving answers people are actually looking for instead of having to choose from a list of suggestions. We don't use ratings, seeds are voted on by the community.
