Our Business Model: • We screen candidates based on your criteria • You interview and choose an individual • The person is added to your staff, but we cover their salary, insurance and payroll taxes • You have first hand experience with the new hire and see how he or she fits into your company • You can finalize an employment decision whenever you are ready, without restrictions • We charge you an agreed upon rate, based on the hiring salary • There is no up-front fee
