This scope of experience gives Claim-It the ability to evaluate and develop effective methodology for improving the collection process beginning with training of physician staff, selection of appropriate office management systems to maximize efficiency, development of procedure manuals, forms and collection forms, analysis of aging Accounts Receivable, negotiations with insurers, TPA's, etc., fee schedule review and updating, and compliance with all new regulations as are routinely required under Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and OIG. Additionally, Claim-It is involved in pilot projects with national organizations for developing appropriate levels of reimbursement for new procedures by report.
