We make a service tool that allows people to use it. Users can combine shops' clothing, their own clothing and friends' clothing within seconds and get instant feedback from their peer group. Our product is live for 8 months in German speaking countries and our usage KPIs are close to Pinterest. But why does it work so well and how are we different? Because we treat 'clothing' as a usage case, not a transaction case. A basic need beyond the obvious. In life we make combinations of clothing on a daily basis, considering various factors: how we feel, where we’re going etc. This happens on either the conscious our subconscious level.
