The Conference Board is focused on issues that include corporate citizenship and governance, economics, human resources, marketing and communication, and strategy and planning. Its members include more than 2500 companies. It has strategic alliances with The Center For Creative Leadership, The Conference Board of Canada, Corpedia, and Families and Work Institute. The Conference Board was founded in 1916 and is based in New York, United States. It has additional offices in India, Belgium, Denmark, France, and Switzerland.
