The firm was co-founded by Jayant Paleti, Rohit Chennamaneni and Chaitanya Peddi. The founders are alumnus of IIT, IIM and XLRI and prior to Darwinbox they worked at Google, McKinsey, EY, Deloitte and Verizon. Darwinbox was adjudged the coolest company by Business Today in 2017. Company's powerful, new age enterprise product is built with a clear focus on intuitiveness/ease of use, accessibility, automation, simplification, scalability and end-to-end integration of HR processes. The objective is to provide our clients an HRMS that is very easy to implement, use and that serves as a source of intelligence rather than just a source of information.
