Goals and Objectives - Eclipse $2.0 million in total ERP and Business Consulting revenue in year one of operation (supported by 10-12 FTEs – 6-8 consulting staff and 3-4 Sales, Marketing and Admin. Staff) - Eclipse $10.0 million in total annual ERP and Business Consulting revenue by year five operations (supported by approximately 35-40 FTEs – 25-30 consulting staff and 7-10 Sales, Marketing, and Admin. The Company’s Global Technology and Business Consulting division will lead the organization’s ERP and Business Consulting practice.
