ETU's software empowers training providers (commercial training vendors and corporate academies) and assessment providers (psychometric test publishers, Development centres) to realise: • significant cost reductions in delivering RolePlay training and assessment. • increased effectiveness and efficiency of training and assessment programmes. ETU’s software consists of three core tools: • A rapid development tool which provides an intuitive interface allowing subject experts to quickly build branching multimedia (video, audio, avatar, images, text) RolePlay simulations. • A RolePlay simulator where the RolePlays are delivered online concurrently to thousands of end users. • An analytics dashboard which provides real-time and actionable skills, behaviours and performance data on individuals, groups and whole organisations.
