EngageHD is a mobile ad tech platform that enables hi-def video ads that play instantly without interruptions for buffering.

EngageHD offers an application that enables its users to store, access, and watch videos offline. EngageHD develops IntelliCast, a technology solution that is able to understand and collect videos according to its users’ preferences. It downloads videos when their mobiles are connected to Wi-Fi and enables its users to access them when they are offline. It also provides tools that enable its customers to send voice or video feedback about videos. EngageHD was founded by Dominic Bennett, Peter Wilmot, and Dennis Jang in 2013. It is based in San Francisco, California.
