Its products include PlantTriage, a control loop monitoring system that watches plant, as well as prioritizes and diagnoses each improvement opportunity; PID Loop Optimizer, a toolkit for control loop optimization that includes controller tuning, valve and sensor analysis, tune pH, cascade, and level loops; ProcessApex, an unit operations evaluator that automatically diagnoses and identifies improvements; Loop Simulator, a software package that simulates complex control loop dynamics for single loop, cascade, and feedforward systems; and Tuning translator that converts various manufacturer's PID settings to various other manufacturer's controller.
