An investment committee comprised of shareholders, company managers themselves, makes investment decisions and are supported by two permanent staff who provide the back office. Shareholders alongside business angels, investors are distinguished from capital consolidation (France Investissement, SCOR, AVIVA). This business model unique among venture capital funds and Business Angels network, allows us to invest at a rate of 7 to 8 companies per year.
