The Feld Group Institute is a Dallas-based IT consultancy.

The Feld Group was founded in 1992 by former senior corporate IT executives from the PepsiCo, Inc. family of companies, including Frito-Lay and KFC. Since then, we have provided consulting and operating management services that have effectively transformed IT departments for North American companies ranging in size from Global 1000 to start-up businesses, such as Delta Air Lines, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, Heidrick & Struggles and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The Feld Group's work has been the subject of multiple case studies appearing in the Harvard Business School, MIT and McKinsey Quarterly, as well as feature articles in numerous industry publications. Our clients have also received several industry awards, including the Smithsonian Award for Technology Excellence (on two separate occasions) and the Carnegie Mellon Award for Innovative Technology.
