Fellowforce says Innovators( or 'fellows' as Fellowforce calls them), participate for 'fun, fame and reward.' The fellow who posts the winning idea receives 100% of the reward fee. Rewards range from small incentives to tens of thousands of dollars. The winning fellow also receives a 'fellow-certificate' which Fellowforce says can be used as 'an endorsement on their resume.'
