These solutions include integrations with institutional financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, Banner, IFAS, etc.) and identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, Shibboleth, etc.). iLab’s dedicated implementation team and established implementation processes result in high adoption and fully trained personnel for effective use of the system. The system also allows each user a consolidated view of their recent activity in the system as well as the ability to search across all equipment, services and cores in the system.
