Integration – Ultera expertly leverages IBM ECM and Case Management technologies and puts your shelf-ware to work. Ultera is built on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with a wide range of options to integrate existing and new applications. Industry Services -- IPD’s Industry services are built on IPD’s 20 years of domain experience. The Industry Services are value-add intellectual property above and beyond that of the base P8/ICM platform that allow for optimal implementations, and keep customers from having to write domain specific customizations to achieve an optimal implementation.
