Integreight develops novel products for the electronic hobbyist and education market. Its first product, '1Sheeld' is a new shield for Arduino that’s connected to a mobile app to allow the use of all smart phone capabilities such as Gyroscope, Magnetometer, GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth …etc. Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists, designers, hobbyists and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments. Shields are boards that can be plugged on top of the Arduino PCB “Printed circuit board” extending its capabilities. The different shields follow the same philosophy as the original toolkit: they are easy to mount, and cheap to produce. Basically the product is two parts, first part is a hardware board that’s physically connected to the Arduino board from one side and to a smart phone from the other side, the second part is an Android app on smart phones where the user can use the app to make the smart phone any input or output to the Arduino board. The objective of the product is to provide faster and cheaper way of prototyping ideas for electronics hobbyists.
