Interactivation is a holding company owned by Joe Covey and Matthew Davidge. Our focus has been on acquiring and operating media and health companies. We like to buy small “orphan business units” from large companies with revenue of at least $10 million. We don’t acquire start-ups or companies that are not profitable. Since 2008, we have acquired several businesses.
