Jobcha is introducing a new platform that will provide a smarter job search. Utilising an innovative, unique, auto-machine learning algorithm our system will process data received from an online CV and other sources to provide members of our platform with insights into their employability. These insights include an expected salary based on their profile, tailored job vacancies that match their level of experience, and suggestions for how to improve their employability in order to compete for positions they are currently ineligible for. Employers can post their latest vacancies directly to our platform with ease, and our system can provide a tailored list of suggested candidates with the requisite experience for the specific role to be filled. It will also allow employers to put shortlisted candidates through online assessments to aid in further identifying the most suitable applicants. We aim to make the selection process for employers quick and simple, and our constantly evolving system will continue to provide new features and functionality to make this a reality.
