They are now working to support athletes from developing nations in para-sport in the run up to major international competitions.

They have been set up by four London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic volunteers (Gamesmakers). They came together during the London Games to get key basic kit to disabled athletes from developing nations who don’t have a financial sponsor or equipment sponsor. They are now working to support athletes from developing nations in para-sport in the run up to major international competitions. They strongly feel that the lack of access to, or funds to buy basic kit should not be a barrier for any athlete representing their country and they want to try and level the playing field.
