Gamified mobile app to improve team dynamics

Know Your Crew is a mobile platform that fosters connectivity in groups. Their enterprise tool, Know Your Crew Pro, uses gamification, research-based content and data analytics to measure and improve team performance. They integrate team-building and peer-to-peer feedback into the daily workflow and evaluate individual and team performance over time. In August 2015, we launched a consumer version of the Know Your Crew app to test our game mechanics and validate the user experience before scaling to enterprise.
