MinhasEconomias is a web site that provides free content and a personal finance management tool aimed at helping people to achieve better quality of life through Financial Education. Financial Education is proving to be more and more important every day, due to, not only, but especially some facts: - the world is going through an enormous development and diversification of financial products and services, much of them are contracted by consumers who do not really understand what they are buying; - life expectancy is growing on average in the whole world, making crucial activities such as retirement planning. MinhasEconomias is addressing those challenges by focusing on two areas: 1) Free on-line personal finance management tool: - Secure and totally anonymous (only one e-mail is required, with support to OpenID). Easy to use and friendly interface. - Users can register their expenses and gains one by one, or upload them from a spreadsheet or bank file. - Budgets can be created and compared to actual figures, allowing a true personal financial planning. - A multitude of graphics and reports is available in order to help any person to track and find out where to improve its finances. 2) Free content: Only a money management tool itself may not help users to improve their finances. That is way we also provide concepts and knowledge through articles, presentations, videos and a blog, alongside offline traninnig.
