The companyâ€s products include underfill materials; pre applied materials; functional adhesives; and overcoat resins, as well as conductive adhesives for die bonding and electrode of chip component. It also develops MO-AG pastes and materials film. The company was formerly known as Hokuriku-Toryo and changed its name to NAMICS CORPORATION in 1996. The company was founded in 1947 and is based in Niigata City, Japan.
