Neoteric Technology Ltd. develops medical software systems for hospitals in North America, Europe, and Australia. The companyâ€s products include AutoCard, which is a laboratory form scanning and management system that reads barcodes on the forms and indexes images; AutoFile, a laboratory sample storage and retrieval software that reads barcodes on sample tubes, and stores them in a database; AutoPPI, which prints out a wristband that contains barcoded patient information from patient administration system; and AutoTrack that checks laboratory information system for sampling tests. Its products are used in patient wards, blood banks, laboratories, milk banks, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as used by community people. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Vancouver, Canada with additional sales offices in Watford, the United Kingdom; and Queensland, Australia. As of April 16, 2009, Neoteric Technology Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Haemonetics Corp.
