The platfrom, OVS is a carrier grade VAS product and targets telecom operators, ISPs and high-profile security service providers (CMS). NeoVSP is a spin-off of Neo IT Solutions Ltd., a company which specializes in developing carrier-grade solutions for Telecom companies and ISP providers, monitoring companies, and large integrators. Neo IT Solutions Ltd. started its business in 1999 as an advanced IT solution supplier. In 2003, it started implementing innovative IT solutions based on VSaaS (Video Security as a Service) technology as a response to managed solutions to visual surveillance systems on service. In 2004, Neo IT Solutions launched its flagship product, NeoVSP, an internet platform for managed surveillance and security systems, designed for mass market. NeoVSP vision is to translate the concept of visual video security for internet, and transform it a SaaS (software as a service) product. This allows their clients to penetrate the visual surveillance markets, while expanding existing monitoring services into a real commodity service affordable for mass market.
