NCIT, the parent of NCPS, was formed in 2014 to provide technology for the financial services industry to facilitate the offering, transaction, and settlement of private placements. NCIT operates 99Funding, REITless, and the TAPI SaaS solution. 99Funding was built utilizing NCIT's proprietary TransactAPI (TAPI) codebase, which was developed to automate the offering, transaction, and settlement of private securities transactions. TAPI enables an investor to securely create an account, undergo automated KYC, AML, and suitability reviews, digitally sign official deal documents, and electronically transfer funds to escrow with one brief visit to the 99Funding platform. In addition to providing a seamless user experience, TAPI offers an electronic audit trail to facilitate FINRA and SEC compliance. Custom reporting is available to all broker-dealers who utilize the 99Funding platform.
