NYC Big Apps is an annual competition that allows people related to tech, design, and business to solve one of the New York’s toughest challenges. Through live events and an interactive platform, NYC Big Apps invites hundreds of developers, designers, makers, marketers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to solve one of the toughest challenges with technology. From May to July 2014, over 100 teams have built, pitched, and demonstrated strong and innovative projects for this competition. 20 BigApps finalists get the chance to compete for over 100,000 U.S. dollars in cash prizes. NYC Big Apps is based in New York.
