Openwise (오픈와이즈) is a Korean company that offers a QR code-based customer management system for smartphone environments developed by the venture company, M.Place. Openwise’s collaboration with Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology brought about the development of a mobile system that integrates external smartphone devices with large numbers of mobile applications. It employs embedded programming skills to develop mobile services for integrated environments-based web and mobile applications. Openwise was founded in January 2011 in Seoul, Korea.
