The founders include a former HR executive for PepsiCo, Arthur Andersen and AT&T, the founder of DecisionHR (sold to First Advantage Corp), executives from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Anderson, and the former chairman of Endurance Business Media and president and CEO of the Home Shopping Network (HSN).
