At The Pelvic Expert, we are a team of highly qualified health professionals including physiotherapists, nutritionists, exercise specialists, and pain educators. We have experts from all across the world specialising in women’s health and pelvic health, including abdominal separation, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, urinary & faecal incontinence, constipation, anal sphincter injuries, endometriosis, period problems, back pain, pelvic pain and sexual pain. The Pelvic Expert was co-founded by Heba Shaheed, a physiotherapist and nutritionist with 7 years of experience in women’s and pelvic health. Heba has supported over 2000 women on their journey to better health and well-being and instructed over 1200 therapeutic yoga and Pilates exercise classes in her career. Heba has also battled with multiple chronic pelvic pain conditions including endometriosis and has recently become a new mum. The Pelvic Expert provides an online platform of self-service solutions to support women from all across Australia and the world. Women can now receive women’s health physiotherapy, nutrition and exercise advice in the comfort of their own home, and be part of a community of women with similar issues.
