The Pocket Agency is a London based start-up offering a mobile CRM solution to retailers, membership clubs and loyalty schemes. The solution consists of mobile applications and server-side analytics & campaign management. The application, called My Pocket Angel, was trialled in 2011. My Pocket Angel is based on customer identification and messaging functionality and integrates with the brands existing customer data mart and couponing system. The solution gives the participating brands insights from the behavioural data collected.
