They provide customized precision elastomer solutions for the Automotive and Aerospace, Data and Mobile Storage, Medical and Electronics industries. They conduct research and development as well as design and manufacture precision elastomer components at their internationally certified manufacturing facilities in Singapore and Wuxi, China. Backed by a talented team and some of the most advanced equipment in the world, Rayco supports their customers in product and tooling design, developing unique elastomeric formulations, fabrication and more. They are capable of over-molding elastomers with various materials such as metal, plastics, film and fabric. They also support PTFE coating and provide ultra-clean parts in a Class 100K clean-room environment. From design to delivery they constantly develop creative solutions for their partners and customers.
