Realtyps is an app that tracks information on for sale properties.

Realtyps exploits collective knowledge sharing to improve house buying; it’s a “Yelp for real estate properties”. The Realtyps app tells you if you should buy a property or not and how much you should pay for it, based on brutally honest reviews and tips from other buyers and real estate professionals. Realtyps gives you key insights before you spend time on the open house, such as: house is on a steep hill, third bedroom is dark with small closets, neighbor is difficult, etc. Existing options like Zillow and Trulia show you property info posted by listing agents. This info is packed with professional photos and marketing hype such as “gorgeous”, “breathtaking” and “perfect”, but when you see the property at the open house, it is often “depressing”, “dark” and “small”. Realtyps guides and protects you from making bad decisions on properties. It also allows agents to demonstrate their knowledge on specific properties and neighborhoods and differentiate themselves from other agents.
