RECOMY allows employers to finally leverage social networks in a structured way in order to find the best talents. RECOMY's users, also known as Ambassadors, will promote the jobs posted by the employers. The Ambassadors will tap into their social networks (facebook, twitter, linkedin, xing) in order to promote the jobs, by doing so they will rewarded with cash for each job they share. RECOMY's Ambassador Network allows employers to surpass the reach of traditional job boards, thanks to the virtually unlimited extent of social networks. RECOMY also allows employers to reduce their time and cost per hire by asking potential candidates to apply with a video. The candidates have 2 minutes to record a video directly on the RECOMY platform. This allows the employers to raise the bar and get a quick authentic insight to the applicants.
