Noticing a gap in the market for modern recruiting tools, Adrian decided to pursue a graduate degree in Information Technology. Recruiters predominately identify talent the same way they did 10 years ago; resume databases and job boards. Adrian evaluated the current market and developed a tool that provides the first true open web sourcing app. Recruiters simply choose a location to search, add keywords, select one of 8 search services and go! RecruitLocator identifies thousands of results and returns the top 100.
